How do players confirm participation?

Players receive a message and tap a link to confirm. Organizers see confirmations update in real time.

Do players need to create an account?

GameDay Pro is designed to minimize friction. Some clubs may require login; others may use lightweight verification.

What if someone didn’t receive the text?

Verify the phone number, check spam/blocked sender settings, and ensure the user hasn’t opted out. If issues persist, contact support.

How do I stop receiving SMS?

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply START to re-subscribe. For help, reply HELP.

What devices are supported?

Any modern iPhone or Android device (and web access if enabled by your organizer).

Does GameDay Pro use in-app advertising?

It can. Ads and sponsorships must comply with our Advertising Policy. We may remove any ad at our discretion.

Where are policies and legal terms?

How do I report a bug or inappropriate content?

Email support@gamedayproapp.com with screenshots and the game date/time.
